One of my favorite up and coming rap groups, Crossover Kidz, is back with their new mixtape entitled 'Grow Up, Kidz'. This mixtape really shows their growth as a group and it's got some really nice mixture of songs including an incredibly unique sample of the movie Annie in 'Long Time Comin'. There are the jams like the previously blogged 'All About Droobee', the darker songs like 'As I Am' and 'If I Was A Rapper' which really show where MuZ has come from. Muz's lyrical ability really comes through in this mixtape, most notably on the poem-like track 'Reparations'. It's an incredibly well produced mixtape, and if you like rap, you'll probably like this.
